Proprep is currently looking for outgoing, highly motivated, team-oriented students to join our student ambassador programme. As interns, you will learn a range of marketing and product development techniques from us, working remotely from your own campus or home.


University Student Ambassador

Proprep is a leading edtech company with a mission to improve students’ success by supporting them to realise and maximise their academic potential in STEM.

We have developed unique learning tools that are 100% customised to specific university modules and modules in the UK and around the world.

Part of our growth has been fuelled by our team of Student Ambassadors who help spread the word on campus.

Having operated for more than 10 years in the MEA region, we launched in the UK and have been used by over 500,000 students worldwide to improve their grades at uni.

What are we looking for:

A driven and motivated student that studies a STEM degree in the UK to help promote the brand at their university.

The individual must also be passionate about edtech and be highly organised.

You must be comfortable working under pressure and have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks at once, often alone or without immediate supervision.

You will be comfortable managing your own tasks and will be able to adapt flexibly to the changing demands of working alongside your studies.

Responsibilities:

  • Share proprep with your friends, classmates and other STEM students on campus in order to generate sign ups
  • Help students sign up and convert them to paying customers
  • Understand the platform inside and out, being able to demonstrate to other students how to use it
  • Build your own team of affiliates (others who you help to promote the brand)
  • Work together with the UK Head of Marketing to develop and execute proprep UK’s business model, in alignment with the company’s global strategy
  • Help source other candidates that could join as student ambassadors
  • Potentially manage a team of student ambassadors at your university to increase user sign ups
  • Have good leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure and capability to make decisions quickly
  • Research, access and interact in digital and physical STEM groups at your university (for example on WhatsApp, Facebook and on-campus)
  • Operate pop-ups, stalls and freshers week events in-person (where permitted)
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements with STEM societies at your university
  • Complete the proprep student ambassador training tasks and manual
  • Work autonomously and able to use initiative
  • Dedicate up to 5 hours per week (extra hours can be agreed where appropriate)
